Welcome to Strealth! By purchasing or participating in our online fitness coaching services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Coaching Services
Our programs include personalized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and ongoing coaching support via digital platforms.
Services are delivered online and are accessible via email, app, or designated communication channels.
2. Program Duration and Access
All programs are time-bound and begin on the official start date communicated to you.
No program extensions will be granted under any circumstance unless initiated by the company due to service-related issues.
3. Freeze Policy
If you need to pause your coaching program (freeze), you must notify us via email at least 5 days prior to the requested freeze date.
Freezes are permitted for a maximum of 4 weeks and must be approved by Head Coach.
Retroactive freeze requests will not be honored.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any coaching services, including unused sessions, early cancellations, or dissatisfaction.
We are committed to delivering value and support throughout the program. If you experience any issues, please contact us so we can help resolve them.
5. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for following the program as prescribed, including training, nutrition, and check-in requirements.
Results depend on your effort, consistency, and adherence to the program. We do not guarantee specific results.
6. Health Disclaimer
By enrolling, you confirm you are physically able to participate in fitness activities.
You agree to consult with a physician before starting any program, especially if you have medical conditions or concerns.
7. Communication
Coaching support is provided during business hours via the agreed communication method (email, app, etc.).
Response time is typically immediate or within 24–48 business hours.
8. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional communication at all times.
Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to deliver services (e.g., app access).
